It feels weird to call an expression of pain beautiful, but it is beautifully written.
The repeating parts matching repeated attempts to save the friendship, feeling lost and ending with a sort of acceptance - you write your heart out so well. If I could hug you, I would!
Great Scott, this is amazing. Well done!
Well-deserved DD.

You have so many folders that I personally find it uncomfortable to just go through them. Limits are there for a reason, they aren't there to either bother you nor the viewer. Limits are there so things can be viewed quickly and easily. Otherwise, it feels overwhelming and hardly anyone would bother exploring your folders when you have that many of them. Maybe you'd have to rethink the way you use folders ^^
Hi Advisory Board,
You now have access to Deviants You Watch 2.0!
Back in January, we demo’d the new Deviants You Watch design. We also posted a journal to team so that the general community can offer their feedback and input as well. Now you have the ability to test out the latest update to Deviants You Watch that helps you stay easily connected and up to date with your favorite artists!
Here’s what’s new:
In addition, we’ll be testing the following behavior for viewing content starting today, Monday, April 12 to Wednesday, April 14:
Then, in Thursday, April 15 to Sunday, April 18, we’ll be testing out the next variation:
With that, we’d love to get your feedback on the new updates to Deviants You Watch, especially regarding the two viewing behaviors. We recommend testing out each variant of the new Deviants You Watch for a couple of days in order to gain a better understanding of the two variations. After some use, please share your thoughts in this Google form.
Thanks for your participation, and we look forward to reading your feedback!
humblehills is it just coincidence, or are you also currently working on the adding to favorites/ collections feature?
I used to have a very neat box where 4 favorite folder would fit next to each other, and now they're all in a vertical line, one by one. It's definitely the way it used to be, but as someone who has a lot of favorite folders ^^; I must say I really loved the new version where multiple groups fits next to each other.
I particularly like that it's brought back one of my favorite features  Being able to easily (that is, really easily) view the art submitted by certain artists.
Some might get buried amongst others (I'm saying wholly aware of the fact I'm probably one of the deviants who helps bury other people's work... Sorry!) so this is a great help once again.
It's still a lot to go through, if you watch a lot of fellow deviants though... It sort of makes sense to see the most recent (the way it used to be, too) but since you have to rely more on the avatar than the name - and the name gets cut off sometimes - I think it'd be nice of there was also the option to alphabetize? It makes it easier to find the deviants you forgot about or have a difficult name.
Sorry if it's been mentioned before, the group message no longer show as a conversation, so it makes it difficult to distinguish new thread adn replies on ongoing convos
Hi all,
Hope all are well, I'm going to try and be more active on the Advisory Board.
I guess this is a problem possibly more unique to photographers.. but I believe I've reached the limit of galleries I can make.
Is it possible to add any more or consider the limit being extended?
Let me know what you think.
Hi HimitsuUK –
I'm going to lock this discussion as it is not relevant to discussing new ideas or concepts. If you are experiencing an issue, you can contact the Customer Service team (contact.deviantartsupport.com/…), or if there's something you want to discuss in further detail, feel free to send me a chat or note. Thanks!
Seems to me you could make e.g. South West Cornwall contain two sub-folders, bw and colour, and have something much easier for people to navigate. You could also have a Misc folder with all the things in it that have only one deviation.
I don't know whether subfolders count towards the limit though.
I think this is a very secluded occurence. I looked through your gallery and it took me forever to scroll through all the separate folders, it has to be hundreds of them. I don't think I've ever seen so many folders. If the gallery folder limit was something like...50, I suppose I would say okay that could possibly be a bit too low a number for certain people. But it appears to be in the hundreds, which seems more than fair.
Hi all ^-^! First time posting a thread here, hope this is ok ^^;.
I was just curious if it would make sense to maybe make a small section on our profiles where we can highlight encouraging comments maybe? And it would only showcase specifically selected comments (chosen by the profile owner) in it's own area, so it wouldn't get drowned out by the usual profile traffic. It would be read only I guess, so no responding to them from there to keep it clean maybe?
I know you can feature comments, but those aren't "sticky" and can easily get overrun by other comments, such as thanking for favs, llamas, etc. And sometimes I want to go back and see those kind comments, but it's hard when there's so many other things people are posting on there ;-; (I appreciate the interaction, though!).
Any thoughts :)?
I tended to keep comments I wanted to save for later, in my notifications center :)
Normally, I'd have everything removed once responded to, but I'd specifically click those I didn't want to "lose".
But personally, I don't see how this would work... If you get A LOT of comments, it'd still be an endless scroll. And if you make them sticky, and they're older ones mostly, it might signal to comments that you were last active then, and now not anymore...
The techical aspect is worth considering, but I can definitely see the benefit
I appreciate this. This function already worked in the old version, so why not keep it (even in another way). It is a way for keeping it in memory for the one who receive the comment and as well an encouragement to comment for the one who gave it.
